Mullins Sr. and Cluck Arrest

On December 14, 2021, Officers from the Sharp County Sheriffs Department, D.E.A, 16th Judicial Drug Task Force, Arkansas Department of Community Corrections, Fulton County Sheriff's Department and Izard County Sheriffs Department conducted a warrant roundup on two individuals in Sharp County. This was one part of a joint investigation that was very intensive and time consuming, which took numerous man hours and multi-jurisdictional cooperation which led to the arrest of multiple dangerous drug dealers in our area.

Michael "Slick" Mullins Sr., 64, of Highland was arrested on a Federal Indictment Warrant for conspiracy to distribute, possession with the intent to deliver Fentanyl, and Distributing Fentanyl which led to the death of another person.

Ricky Joe Cluck, 64, of Hardy was arrested for a Federal Indictment Warrant for Conspiracy to Distribute, and Possession with the Intent to Deliver Fentanyl. While at the residence officers obtained permission to search the home. During the search, various drugs and drug paraphernalia were seized. Cluck was arrested and is awaiting the filling of formal charges for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in addition to his Federal Charges.

The Sharp County Sheriff's Office would like to thank the DA, 16' Judicial Drug Task Force, U.S. Attorney General's Office, Izard and Fulton County Sheriffs Department, and all other agencies involved in this investigation and warrant roundup. Several cases involving drug-related overdoses are being investigated, and we hope to continue those investigations with the support of our community, and neighboring departments. We look forward to holding those accountable who are responsible for committing all drug crimes and drug related murders.
