THE CALLER WAS LATER IDENTIFIED AS THE VICTIM OF THE SHOOTING, JOSH LINDHURST AGE 34 OF SULFUR ROCK. SHARP COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPUTIES AND SPRING RIVER AMBULANCE ARRIVED AT THE LOCATION AND THE VICTIM WAS TRANSPORTED TO WHITE RIVER MEDICAL CENTER IN BATESVILLE. DEPUTIES WERE ADVISED THAT 27 YEAR OLD CALEB COOK OF EVENING SHADE HAD SHOT THE VICTIM WITH A 410 GAUGE SHOTGUN IN THE ABDOMEN AREA. DET. DALE WEAVER RESPONDED TO THE SCENE AND LEARNED THAT THE SHOOTING OCCURRED AT A RESIDENCE AT 184 JACK SCOOL HOUSE RD. JUST OUTSIDE OF EVENING SHADE.
