A year long investigation by the Arkansas State Police, 3rd Judicial Drug Task Force And the Sharp County Sheriff's Department has led to the arrest of 51 year old Mark Duane Tapp of Williford. Mr. Tapp is the store manager at Dollar General in Ash Flat. Mr. Tapp was arrested on February 3rd by officers and charged with three counts of delivery of a controlled substance (ecstasy). On three different occasions, Mr. Tapp sold a controlled substance to undercover agents both inside the store and on the stores property. Mr. Tapp is currently being held in the Sharp County jail waiting for a bond hearing.
